Who we are

Aureavate is a strategic marketing advisory that helps mid-market, founder-led, family-owned, and private-equity-backed companies turn messy, fragmented marketing into a clear, modern growth engine.

We work with organizations at pivotal moments—when growth has outpaced structure, when a brand no longer reflects the business it’s become, or leadership needs a smarter, more connected approach to go-to-market strategy.

Aureavate was founded by Linda Saindon, whose work spans leadership roles supporting Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, and Sears Holdings, as well as strategic consulting engagements with Deloitte Consulting and Altimeter Consulting. That background informs the approach: big-company discipline, a global consulting perspective, and pragmatic execution designed to work in the real world.

We are often brought in for “first-ever” and “finally fix this” mandates—building portfolio and go-to-market strategies, resetting brands for the next stage of growth, launching social and community platforms that drive momentum, and designing digital transformation and sales enablement initiatives that scale.

Our work has delivered outcomes such as triple-digit online sales growth for a $400MM privately-owned company — by aligning strategy, brand, and execution around what actually drives sustainable growth.

Founder & Principal

Former colleagues describe Linda Saindon as a rare blend of strategist and operator—an executive thinker who can navigate ambiguity, identify the core of a problem, and translate insight into action.

That mindset defines Aureavate. We specialize in cutting through noise, identifying true growth levers, and building business-case-driven strategies that are designed to be executed—not admired in a deck.

Our clients value our responsiveness, our ability to do more with less, and our focus on eliminating waste while creating momentum. In fast-moving, complex organizations, Aureavate brings structure, clarity, and a clear path forward.

How Aureavate Works

Aureavate operates at the intersection of strategy, brand, and digital execution. The firm is intentionally structured to provide senior-level insight and accountability without the overhead, fragmentation, or vendor sprawl that often comes with traditional agencies.

Linda leads all engagements directly—bringing deep discovery, strategic clarity, and decisive guidance—while coordinating a small, vetted network of specialists for execution as needed. This model ensures every initiative is grounded in a clear strategy, aligned to business goals, and executed with consistency across channels.

Clients work with one point of accountability, one coherent roadmap, and one integrated vision—rather than managing multiple agencies, freelancers, or disconnected efforts.
